All steel construction using modified cast iron window guards and metal louvered "roof" recreate Victorian Gothic imagery for this "romantic" gazebo. Designed for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development to be total vandal-proof.

Project Architect for a 2000 SF vacation house overlooking Sag Harbor Long Island, NY. One enters the house by climbing an earth mound covering the ceptic system, dictated by local codes, over a small bridge, through a windowless front wall, and into the upper living levels, which over the best views.
