Addition to the Greenwood Lake Library Greenwood Lake, NY 3,000 SF addition includes a 1,800 SF community room used for theater performances, art shows, cooking classes, etc. The hip roof design compliments the existing building and respects the contextuality of the neighborhood. Washington Center Parking Structure Newburgh, NY Prefabricated brick panels of this 134 car, 2-story municipal parking garage match the 4-story office building above and respect the local historical area. Centennial Field House Hillsdale, NJ A 2,500 SF building on landfill includes locker rooms, toilets and a food concession, bearing on wide beam-like foundations. The building can be jacked-up to level if settlement occurs.		Stonybrook Swimclub Bathhouse Hillsdale, NJ The 3,800 SF building provides all facilities for this suburban pool club. Low cost industrial materials were used, such as colored concrete block, metal roof, translucent plastic skylight dormers and glass block vandal-proof 'windows.' Hackensack City Hall Renovation Hackensack, NJ The space plan for reorganizing 90,000 SF of municipal spaces resulted in a phased 23,000 SF renovation modifying the Council Chambers & Meeting Room, the Courtroom and new Police locker rooms. Restoration of the historical exterior consisted of window replacements and masonry cleaning. Homecrest Branch Library Renovation Brooklyn, NY Complete 'gut' rehabilitation of this 5,300 SF branch library, inclusive of toilet renovations, new HVAC systems, new stacks and renovations to the exterior was built for 78% of New York City's budget.
